We look forward to seeing you soon at Disney's FROZEN! Please take a moment to locate your tickets and verify the correct performance date and time, noting that the show will run from October 20th - October 29th. Below are a few things we would like you to know before you go!

RUN TIME

Disney's FROZEN runs two hours and fifteen minutes including one intermission

CHILD TICKET POLICY

Regardless of age, a ticket is required for all attending Disney's FROZEN.  

TULSA PAC SECURITY PROCEDURES DURING DISNEY’S FROZEN

To enhance comfort and provide the safest environment possible for our patrons, the following security procedures will be in place during DISNEY’S FROZEN: bag checks and walk through metal detectors. Expectant mothers and those with pacemakers will be screened according to ADA policies.

Please plan on entering the Tulsa PAC in the 3rd street lobby, the 2nd street lobby, or through the parking garage. The Promenade entrances will be locked.

* ONLY BRING NECESSARY ITEMS

* ONLY SMALL BAGS AND PURSES ALLOWED

* ARRIVE AT LEAST 30-45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:

* Two-way radios

* Cameras

* Laser pointers

* Noise making devices

* Audio or video recording devices (except cell phones and authorized media equipment)

 * Backpacks

* Large bags or purses

* Weapons/Guns of any kind

* Knives of any kind

* Outside food and beverage

* Illegal substances

  *Any other item that may be deemed by event organizers and/or staff as a potential safety or security threat.

If you're looking for dining before or after the show, visit one of the McNellie's Group restaurants - several are walkable from the theatre!
